As part of National Walk Your Dog Week, we have collated 5 great walks from areas all over the UK. These walks not only feature things for your furry friends to enjoy but also some coffees, cakes or lovely views for us humans too. To kick it off, we have 5 incredible walks in and around Bristol.
Ashton Court
Located on the west of the city, Ashton Court is a huge estate with open spaces and forests. With endless options for walks you can go short or long and if you’re lucky you’ll see deer running through the estate.
Leigh Woods
A simply gorgeous forestry walk. With Autumn around the corner, what a place to visit to experience the colours of the season and what an opportunity for some lovely pictures. If you fancy a coffee for your stroll there is also a small coffee van waiting for you.
Blaise Castle Estate
A gorgeous little castle surrounded by forest walks and rivers for a dip. Coffee for the humans and perhaps a pupachino and some ice cream for the pups, Blaise Castle offers a lovely gentle dog walk.
Clifton Downs
Wide open spaces and forests, Clifton Downs offers the perfect place for your dog to perform some serious zoomies! Neighbouring Clifton Village where are loads of dog friendly coffee shops, stores and eateries it’s a day out in the making.
Eastville Park
Within the city of Bristol, Eastville Park offers a lovely lake with a collection of wildlife. A quick and easy walk to stretch your legs.
