Refund policy
- As all our products are built to order, we only offer returns/refunds if the product is faulty/nonfunctional however we are always willing to work together with customers to solve possible issues (for example size issues) as we understands mistakes do happen. If you have any concerns at all prior to ordering simply get in touch and we will help, from one dog owner to another. Our products are created using luxury knit, and although they are durable it's important to understand that very few products (if any) on the dog market are indestructible. Although we are always willing to take each case on its merits, Stocky & Dee are not responsible for rips, tears or damage caused by an animal. Any return postage for size exchanges is at the cost of the customer.
- Our products listed "Bespoke Design" are merely part of our Design Your Own feature and are created in the same way as any of our Collection designs.
- If you receive your order and believe the products to be faulty please get in touch, we can offer replacements or if you’d prefer a refund in this instance items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Please keep the above in mind when ordering, if you have any concerns/queries with regards to the sizes or colours you're looking to purchase then please get in touch and we would be happy to answer any questions or provide sample photographs where available, we tend to respond to all emails within half an hour or our online chat instantly.
