What size should I get for my dog?

We have more details here on our size guide but here's a quick list of some popular breed sizings. Plus, if you're able to leave us a neck measurement or simply a note of their age and breed at checkout we'll get in touch if we have any queries with regards to the sizes chosen.

  • Cockapoo - Small (Puppy - XSmall)
  • Cocker/Springer Spaniel - Small (Puppy - XSmall)
  • Labrador - Large (Puppy - Small)
  • Miniature Dachshund - XSmall (Puppy - Toy Breed)
  • Cavapoo - Small/Thin (Puppy - XSmall)
  • Border Terrier - Small/Thin (Puppy - XSmall)

 

How long will it take to make the products?

Standard build product will take 5-7 working days to complete and be despatched, items are then send first class so should be with you very shortly after. If you need the products for a specific date within this time from do leave us a note at checkout and we'll ensure it's there in time.

If you need products much faster then we have an Express Build option where items are bumped to the top of the build list and will be despatched within 2 working days, again sent first class

 

Are the products machine washable?

Yep! A delicate 30 degree wash is perfect plus we also provide further details on how best to wash your products within the box when it arrives

 

Can I return the items if they don't fit?

As we create each product to order we aren't able to offer simple returns on products unless faulty/non functional. Our team take several hours to create each item and do so not simply to provide a product of the highest quality but also to limit a huge amount of waste. 

Having said that we would never leave you with a product that doesn't fit. We want your dog to be comfortable and safe so if there are any sizing issues do get in touch and we are always happy to exchange for a different size or make tweaks to the products you have to ensure it's perfect for your pup.
