Yep! The vast majoirty are as simple as popping them in the wash on a 30 degree cycle. Some of our products (such as our blankets or snoods) are best handwashed but we explain more on the order cards and our Collar Care page

As each of our products are made to order we can build items to your dog's specific measuremnts if required, at no extra cost. All collars & harnesses are fully adjustable and if for any reason you go for a size that isn't right we're always willing to offer an exchange.

Our products are lined with a luxurious velvet and although we could never promise that they will 100% prevent any matting, we hear constant feedback from customers on how much our products have helped with this issue.

Yep! Our toy breed size for example is a very delicate collar and is perfect for any teeny tiny dog. What we love to do for smaller breeds is build the products with either a neck or rib measurement in mind so that we can ensure there is as little excess bulk (bulk = unused length for adjustment) as possible.

Yep! Our mascott Stella is a 30kg Olde English Bulldog and she puts the strength of our products to the test regularly (especially if she spots her best friend Ozzy and pulls your arm off to get to him!). Our metal fittings are all welded shut for extra sterngth and although our products are soft and comfortable, there is an extremely strong polypropylene webbing within that provides the strength.
