A beautiful historic Monastery set in a landscape of gardens, parkland and a lake within the heart of Nottinghamshire. There is even a small waterfall with a viewing platform behind to enjoy!
Clumber Park
A lovely country park with an easy walking trail. There is a beautiful woodland area where dogs are allowed to explore off-lead. After your walk you can enjoy a cup of coffee from a cafe or pick up a book from The Stables second hand bookshop.
Mercia Marina
Perfect place for a day out to enjoy a stroll along Marina or a boat trip along the Trent & Mersey Canal. Afterward you can Wine and dine at the bars & restaurants overlooking the water or explore the farm shop.
Belton House
Grade I listed country estate with beautiful formal Italian and Dutch gardens (which are dog-friendly!). There is so much to see here including an Orangery, Mirror Pond and Temple and the Fishing Lodge.
