Palacerigg Country Park
The Woodland walk behind Palacerigg country park is simply gorgeous. A circular loop that leads to a loch for a wee swim or some paddle time. The walk goes through some beautiful woodlands with endless dirt tracks to explore.
Canada Wood
Two signposted routes through dense woodland, the walk also provides lots of streams and rivers along the way. Finish your walk with a stop at Canada Wood cafe at the car park with tables outside for dogs and great food!
Carron Valley Reservoir
An amazing 5km circular route on well marked path that leads to this gorgeous reservoir. Stop of a swim or a picnic at the reservoir and take in the peace and quiet.
Croy Hill
A Scenic hill walk that starts along the canal and continues through some gorgeous woodland onto an open hill. At the top you'll find some incredible views and even a tree swing for the gram!
Drumpellier Country Park
A large country park with a beautiful pond. Lots of grass spaces for off lead walking and a 5km circular route around the pond. Various marked woodland trials at the back of the pond area for more off lead time and an excellent ice cream van for all to enjoy!
